- We recommend pre-booking your order with participating distributors at least 2 weeks prior to your expected delivery date(s) to ensure delivery.*

- To redeem rebate, fill out online or mail in the Fieldstone® Rebate Form (click here to download), along with your W9 and proof of purchase dated March 15 – June 30, 2017. Must be postmarked by July 30, 2017. Rebate checks will be sent by August 30, 2017. Faxed or emailed requests will not be accepted. Must purchase a minimum of 10 cases to qualify for the rebate check.
