GRILLED PEACHES WITH GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Peaches
  • Honey
  • Fieldstone® Bakery Original Granola Cereal

DIRECTIONS:

Cut peaches in half. Spray with cooking spray. Grill (flesh side down) for about 3 – 5 minutes until slightly tender and you see grill marks. Place on a plate and drizzle each half with honey, then sprinkle granola over top.

BLUEBERRY GRANOLA CRISP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package (16 oz) blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Fieldstone® Bakery Original Granola
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons butter, softened

DIRECTIONS:

  • Put blueberries in the bottom of an 8″ square dish.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Combine flour, granola, sugar and salt in a medium size bowl.
  • Cut butter into flour mixture until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle over blueberries.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until top is lightly browned.

HONEY BUN BREAD PUDDING

Honey Bun Bread Pudding

(Makes 6 Servings)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Fieldstone® Bakery Honey Buns
  • 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 30 sprays butter spray
  • Optional: raisins, pecans, cranberries or other fillers.

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a large muffin tin with cupcake liners or grease the tins.
  • Combine milk, egg, brown sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Mix well.
  • Cut each Honey Bun into 1″ cubes and add to milk mixture.
  • At this point you would add your raisins, pecans or optional filler.
  • Let bread (with or without fillers) sit for 15 minutes to soak up the milk mixure.
  • Spoon bread mixture equally into prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until the bread pudding is puffed up and golden brown.
  • Remove pan from oven and spray each bread pudding with 5 sprays of butter spray.
  • Cool completely before serving.

CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER GRANOLA APPLE SLICES

Slice of apple with peanut butter

(Makes 16 – 18 wedges)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Fieldstone® Bakery Original Granola Cereal
  • Semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  • Slice apples into wedges
  • Coat each apple wedge with peanut butter
  • Sprinkle with Fieldstone® Bakery granola
  • Top with chocolate chips

APPLE CRISP WITH GRANOLA TOPPING

Apple Crumble and Whipped Cream

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
  • 2 cups Fieldstone® Bakery Original Granola
  • 3 1/2 pounds Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°. Butter a shallow 3-quart baking dish. In a food processor, pulse 1 cup of the flour with the brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Pulse in the butter. Pulse in the granola. Transfer the topping to a bowl.
  • n a large bowl, toss the apples with the sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and the remaining 2 tablespoons of flour. Spread in the baking dish. Sprinkle on the topping and bake for 1 hour, or until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbling. Let cool for 20 minutes, then serve. Top with whipped cream if desired.
