STRAWBERRY GRANOLA PANCAKES

Pancake-Straw-Granola

INGREDIENTS:

  • Whole Grain Pancake Mix (store bought)
  • Brown Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Canola Oil
  • Strawberry preserves
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Fieldstone® Bakery Original Granola Cereal
  • Maple Syrup
  • Yogurt (optional)

OATMEAL CREME PIE, BANANA PUDDING & CARAMEL PARFAIT

Oatmeal-Banana-Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Fieldstone® Bakery Oatmeal Creme Pies
  • 2 large bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 4 vanilla pudding cups (about 100 grams or 1/3 cup each)
  • 8 tsp caramel sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  • In the bottom of 4 parfait glasses (or low drinking glasses) add 1/2 crumbled Oatmeal Creme Pie, 3 tbsp pudding, a few banana slices and 1 tsp caramel sauce.
  • Repeat layers once.
  • Optional: Garnish the top with additional chopped cookies and sliced banana.
  • Serve immediately or let stand for up to 30 minutes.

HEALTHY GRANOLA BARS FROM SCRATCH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup raw oatmeal
  • 2 cups Fieldstone® Bakery Original Granola Cereal
  • 1/2 cup ground walnuts
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 cups natural unsalted peanut butter (chunky style)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Oil a 9×11 baking sheet.
  • Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine.
  • Add the wet ingredients and form into a firm paste. You may need to add more peanut butter or honey if the mixture is too dry.
  • Press the mixture into the oiled container.
  • Cover the pressed mixture with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Cut into 36 bars and serve.
  • Store extras in an airtight container or wrap individually in plastic and store in the refrigerator.

NUTTY BUDDY BAR MILK SHAKE

(Makes 2 servings)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Fieldstone® Bakery Nutty Buddy Wafer Bars
  • 1/3 Cup Cold Milk
  • 6 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Chocolate Chips (Optional)
  • Peanut Butter Chips (Optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  • While still wrapped, crumble the packages of Nutty Bars® into smaller pieces. Unwrap and pour into a bowl. Set aside.
  • Scoop ice cream into blender. Add milk and Nutty Buddy Wafer Bars. Cover and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake, add more ice cream and blend again.
  • Pour into chilled glasses. Top with more crumbled Nutty Bars® and peanut butter or chocolate chips, if desired.

Looking for a fun activity to do during the holiday season? Below are 3 easy ways to decorate gingerbread cookies!

Reindeer Cookies! Turn the gingerbread cookies upside down and make reindeer out of them! Cake Central used buttercream frosting to decorate them with (photo in the middle)! Cute, aren’t they?

We found another Reindeer Cookie (photo on left) that was made with mini-candy canes, candy eyes, red hots and Royal Icing to secure the decor on the cookie! Royal Icing is recommended because it hardens on the cookie and does not break apart.

Super busy with the holiday bustle? If you don’t have time to bake cookies, you can purchase Fieldstone® Bakery Gingerbread Cookies and decorate with Royal Icing (use food coloring of choice to make different colors), red hots, sprinkles, colored sugar and sweet edibles to decorate with.
